5) Long service life and reliable operation process: it uses combined inlaid wearing-resistant ceramic and is able to service for 3,000 hours. The flame is stable and can be adjusted to different furnaces, which is favorable to maintain a safe distance with the heat exchange surface and avoid the slag on the water-cooling surface. Inside the furnace, the temperature environment and heat loading are equally distributed, and the hydrodynamic condition is very stable, which could avoid not only the fire extinguishments and internal explosions but also the corrosion of and slag on the heat exchange surface

6) Fuel adaptation and convenient regulation: the wind speed, wind volume and the fuel supply can be regulated by frequency conversion. It is convenient to regulate and is adaptive to the change of loads and different fuels. When the current load changes, the fuel supply and wind supply can also be adjusted simultaneously, reach a stable excess air coefficient between 1.15 and 1.2, and ensure safe and stable operation of the boiler
